Jennifer ... Thank you so much for making a new folder with the Fairie Dust paper line. It makes it so much easier to locate what I am working on. Being new has it challenges when learning a new craft. I found that I was unable to find exactly what page in the series I was on. All the pages look alike sometimes. So thanks again...

Such great ideas, pages & albums! Just a tip with the Tim Holtz scissors. Make sure the serrated edge is on the bottom & you won’t get the rough edge when cutting. Hope that’s useful :)
@sharonhastings21156 жыл бұрын
jaimier78 I marked my Tim Holtz handle with a marking pen so I would have them in the right position when cutting

On the Tim Holtz scissors to get a smooth cut you just flip the scissors, if you want the jagged cut flip the scissors back the other way.

I'm sure you have answered this question many times in the past but was unable to find the answer thus far! Was very curious, how do you make your tracable templates? Are they your templates from your Etsy shop then printed on cardstock then laminated, scored for tracing, then adhered into your workbook via glue dots? Just trying to be as user-friendly and affciant as possible cause knowing me if not sturdy and covered I will run my pencil over the top of the template, not get straight lines etc hahaha! I just want to get the most out of your templates when I purchase them from your shop so I can use and reuse your templates time after time! Thank you for taking the time to answer these questions and/or refer me to a video/videos where you have already answered the above questions!!! Absolutely LOVE your videos and super excited to buy many of your templates here in the near future! God Bless you, your family, your fur babies, and your channel!!
@jvickie176 жыл бұрын
yes they are the templates from Etsy. Easiest way is make sure your printer is set for actual size unclick 100%. Then I use plain copy paper and print all instructions & templates and put into protector sheets and then print only the templates on 65 lb. cardstock. Cut out & score and run a bit of ATG tape on back of it put on top of the outside of protector sheet. Next I write what they are on the templates and where mats are and the page number for the templates..Watch her youtube Paper Dreams it is the greatest way to set up a template album..I use ring binders for my sets..hope this helps and I didn't confuse you. Oh I own everyone of her Templates

I actually have a whole playlist her on KZbin about how I make my Workbooks. I have made them several different ways but my favorite it the Everlasting one. I made the Remnants~Lovely Layers workbook the same way. Link to playlist~ kzbin.info/www/bejne/qojJhaOhab-agsk

Thank you both sooo much! Super excited to make some workbooks for your templates that I will purchase from your Etsy shop tomorrow! I have been BINGE WATCHING your videos pretty much nonstop over the last couple days so needless to say I am more than ready to get my hands on your templates!! Thanks for steering me to that video as it answered all my questions!! Of course that was a video I hadn't watched yet hahaha Thanks again!!!

Well I ordered the paper, but the pattern I have does not match the pattern you have in that color! Sheesh...well get what ya pay for I guess. There are 16 pages and I have seen those with 24 and I am guessing those 8 extra pages (I do not have) are what you have...guess I will just wing it....Still learning...and learning...
