I think part of it is also her confidence. A lot of the girls, when they flirt or whatever, you can either tell they are flustered at least a little, or are wondering/worrying about something like "is this ok to say?" Gigi doesn't think about that stuff! She just confidently goes for it!

Gigi is that one extrovert friend that's pretty much willing to do anything with you or willing to hear anything you say. Honestly, the amount of times I have heard other Holomems mention her, it is always something positive and actually wanting to have her again in the future. Gigi stays winning by just being her and by just being around with her senpais.

Gigi seems introverted based on her zatsu streams, but has great social skills and loves talking. That's totally a thing.

I would absolutely rather not be in social situations and like being home and alone, but when I end up there I do flourish in social situations. Thats what I call stimulation, and Gigi preference is external stimulation, where she gets her energy through talking with people and interacting with such dynamics. Your comparison of her zatsu is bad, why would she be loud and noisy to an audience that cant reciprocate, unlike her actual Hololive friends that can interact with her and have a 1 on 1 situation, on a personal level. Gigi and Justice in general have brought much needed social energy to EN, justice got a lot of extrovertedness in the gen and EN has needed that for a while. Kiara seems to be enjoying no having to be the Voice in these collabs.

Between Gigi's conversationalist skills and Cece' actual extrovert powers and Roara and Liz being mamas, justice is nice for EN to hang around and may bring more people out of their shells Advent is funny because they seem to have people gravitate towards them more off screen than on. Like Fuawamoco is very loved by both en and jp. Nerissa is a walking affirmation, ID has basically adopted biboo and Shiori seems to be super easy to talk to off stream (especially one on one).

Gigi is really good at reading people and the room. She is capable of playing off others really well and is extremely earnest. Like Nerissa does similar things but her voice kind of is intimidating cause she sounds like a smexy oneesan even if she's not really trying to be one so her praise, even though she is entirely sincere, comes off as a flirt. Plus Nerissa is too shy; even if she wants to hang out with other members, she takes a lot of time to work up to asking. Gigi just kind of takes her shot. Also, Gigi is super adept at praising/flirting with people while sounding silly and joking. She makes people laugh and that is so hard to do. Its a true skill to sound sweet and silly.

Pretty sure she meant complement in this moment. As a fellow German motherlanguage speaker and ESL I can tell that Kiara and my English level is pretty similar for her to use that more rarely used word. Also, in the spelling bee Kiara also knew about the compliment/complement gotcha so that makes me certain she used complement here.
