Matt, glad to hear you are so busy you don’t have time for videos. Sorta. In a lot of places, you could video all summer and produce videos in the winter when you get rained, snowed, or iced out of work on a regular basis. I guess that’s not a problem in sunny California.

i am a noob mind you, but when i see a house this torn apart I wonder why its not completely torn down and started from scratch? can someone please explain why thats not the best way? i'm sure it has to do with the owner's cost so are they just saving money by keeping those original walls in tact and going from there??
