Great video. Do you keep the slide or discard? I’m fairly new so wondering if anyone has ever requested a replacement slide. I have one type of lid that part of the top broke. The mfg doesn’t offer replacement lids so I had to buy a new cup. It was hubby’s favorite and he didn’t want a different one.

If your not using a tumbler from Mother Tumbler then I’m unable to help you. Mother Tumbler is the ONLY tumbler supplier I use so I can’t speak for tumblers from other companies

Yes you can use whatever you want. I didn’t use E6000 because it takes so long to dry and slips around a lot so if you have patience then go for it.

another thing I see, your lid is the slider--my slider is kind of bulky on top...you know where the thumb goes..thinking that may be the problem why its doesn't fit all the way down even....what is the name of our moms tumbler?

It’s never recommended to leave tumblers in the heat for long periods of time and that’s the same care Instructions for the lids.
