I'm guessing someone readjusted the height of the door at the spot shown at 3:13. A lot of work for a few degrees of change. Newer ones are much easier to adjust. Thanks for the vid.

If I were keeping this door I definitely would replace the old hardware. I took out this whole wall though so no need for new hardware. Cheers!
