My plastic radiator 'exploded' in 100 degree temps in front of Harbor Freight today (I was in the store). Two doors down was a Advance Auto so I walked down as I called for a hauler. AA had my part (Duralast B2101) in stock, $133, so when I was hauled home I was ready for the swap. All went well until the install of new radiator. Holes that were tapped on the original weren't tapped at all on the new and I didn't have correct size bolts/nuts/washers to make it go. Soooo, I shut down for the night and will continue in the morning. Forecast for tomorrow, 100 degrees. I had the same issue with the tranny lines as you, cut 'em off and was planning to be finished inside the hour. Now I gotta wait until wifey gets home so I can make an additional parts run. Thanks for the vid, good tutorial. Thumbs up! WW '04 Rubicon. 199k miles.

Great video ...My radiator blew up last night and my problem I have with these radiators is I can't find an all METAL radiator anywhere. There all made with the plastic on top and aluminum in the middle . All I got from my rad was 3 years .

Try Amazon. Like this one: www.amazon.com/dp/B01KK1MIF8/_encoding=UTF8?coliid=I3C3PLHZF0CZTV&colid=32XE0VR8VYNG1
Check your county to see if they have waste disposal for automotive fluids.

Hey Ryan, I have a '97 wrangler automatic. We are trying to unscrew the transmission coolant hoses. One hose is a metal pipe...whenever we try to unscrew the nut, the metal pipe twists and kinks. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help!

It should swivel. Most likely it's frozen. Try some penetrating oil.
