I think you can. I agree that our higher selves do not have our best interest. They are the ones sleeping and dreaming us. I don't even think our higher selves know that we exist in this matrix. Trust your intuition. We must do our best to free ourselves and then help others to do the same. Peace

I've been receiving the terms and absolutely ridiculous conditions of my soul contract and I know that this composed and signed in a place of absolute insanity and I'm getting it enulled immediately. I just within that for thousands of years I have been in a non stop repeating life of servitude, support to any and everybody drawn to that vibration and used Drained and discarded once emptied over and over and over. Never being Truly rewarded from a place of love and accomplishment, fulfillment,or security only provided with the bare minimum not enough to ever feel safe and secure just enough to make sure I survive long enough to be fully Drained and repeat. No matter what I thought I had to accomplish in this incarnation to uplift humanity this contract was absolutely made and comprised from deceit illusion wickedness and manipulation. I encourage anyone who obviously knows that there is something seriously major on a spiritual level completely corrupting any and every attempt of reaching manifesting and physically receiving The True Desires if your heart that you know and have been willing to do and die for deserve. Do what ever it takes because this is obviously how we are being cattles farmed abused enslaved deceived for thousands maybe millions of years. I will take no further participation in this fucking horror.!!!!

@Maxie MC Well, I've managed to get out of the body. But what I see then isn't clear as day or anything, so it's kind of blirry and weird. But there's been some dark, shadowy entities or groups trying to come after me, while I've still been in bed there's been some heavy pressure over my body making it hard to move, there's been dreams about waking up in strangers bodies who lived more unpleasant lives than mine etc. While not all of these experiences can be blamed on this specific meditation, there's a few similar ones on youtube as well, this one sadly seems to be among the ones causing the most unpleasant experiences.

Love this meditation, I always see a bright white light and feel source sitting next to me on my bed when I do your meditations. But lately I have been feeling heavy and have been seeing creepy images when I close my eyes during meditation.. which gives me anxiety. and for the first time in a while I started to see very beautiful images in my third eye. First I saw a bouquet of red roses which turned to a heart then you said something about breathing in a gold light and I saw a beautiful lions face which turned to a an eagles yellow eye, then to a green bird and a peacock which turned to beautiful blue smoke and a great big whale, eventually to pink clouds and a purple auric field. I realized this meditation just realigned my Chakras. I had a good cry and in the end I saw Jesus. Lovely. I'm feeling much better.

This was the most intense meditation. At the beginning I saw a phoenix flying upward about 3 times. Then in the middle my body felt like it was spinning starting from my 3rd eye. Then I saw the spiral of life. Towards the end when you told the 4th dimensional beings and above to stop feeding my body felt like it froze and I stopped breathing a couple times, like I wasn’t consciously in control of my breath, and at times I would think I was asleep but wasn’t.

I have a block in my spine at the heartchakra, energy doesnt move there, also i feel whole body energy. this block seems to be going through pastlifes also. I'm tired of it. I want to feel love!! so i start the meditation now...

Looks like you have backstabbing trauma from battle, murder and betrayal. These wounds are generally held in traumatized ghosts/soul fragments that need releasing. You may have several layers of trauma there from different incarnations, because trauma for some reason or another always seems to hit the same spots. A personal session would be quite helpful for you at about the price for a decent massage. Why not give it a try?

I remember seeing the contract of a past life of mine (Christian Monk) it was a big leather book that was so heavy and I had an immediate realisation of the cause of money blocks, of course it is also related to relationships . I worked on all past lives I know individually. Thanks for putting this I'll keep coming back to this video and share it with others.
