Haa!!! Works on Huwawei Honor 8a (Android Pie/EMUI 9.0.1). Phone clone is a dick though, had to try it on 3 different devices to transfer the File Commander app, finally worked with my brother's Galaxy Note 4.

I had the same issue, you have to download Google Account Manager 6.0 as well and remove frp through it by Sign-In by browser

PLEASE HELP!!! I get to transferring the files over ( File Commander) to the device and the transfer fails. Reason on device is " App version not compatible. Please download this app from your app store." I've done this download and transfer from 2 different device. One with the newest Android software and another device running an older software version. If you mean app can't be transferred. Just reset the phone again and when it boot up insert sim card with working data. Continue next menu until you see data import menu, stop there and transfer file. It is important to not continue after data import menu and when receive popup message to press keep data.
