Remove/Install Reverse Camera [GR86·BRZ]

Hey man, I was wondering where did you connect those 2 red wires from the reverse camera to the wiring harness for the Navi? I believe you are using jp-ca115ts wiring harness? Thanks man, your videos have been helpful for my future mods.

The two red wires connects between the acc (red) line taht is between the navi and the navi wiring harness. Are you located in Japan as well?

Great video best video instruction by far, thanks for the details. The original reverse camera is easy to install with all harnesses and connectors ready. By the way, are you able to identify what is the original lower panel part number. Because mine has been replaced with 7" panel, I want to change it back to original panel to install 9" head unit. Or do you know where I can buy the original panel from? Such as yahoo auction japan / rakuten etc? Highly appreciate if you able to help me out on this. Thanks

Sorry this video is taken way before you commented last time. I checked on the videos and it looked like its PNLCIRF-S15509300. But I will visit the dealer early next month and try ro ask them.

Never seen the spoiler removed before. Would a duck bill spoiler replace the base spoiler or is it just taped on top? Also, it’s so useful seeing you disassemble the dashboard. Thx for the thorough step-by-step

The duckbill is either bolted or taped on the OEM trunk spoiler. Mine is just taped on.

Hey man, I have a question. Was the connector of the camera the same as the harness that it was install in the trunk from Toyota or was it different? I have a Japanese car and order second-hand camera from USA and they are different and I don't know wtf to do.. xD

The camera I ordered is specifically for the 22BRZ/GR86.. which was a plug&play on the harness that runt from the trunk to the passenger side. Hit me a dm on insta with this same question so I can help you out.
