Remove 'n Repair Wiring Loom-Drivers door VW T4

The drivers window went down then wouldn't go back up. On further investigation there were many breaks and bodges in the drivers door wiring loom/harness. The door card was removed, the fuse box lowered, disconnected the wiring loom for the door then CAREFULLY pulled the wires and plugs through the rubber so I could repair and replace the damaged wires.
