What I was looking for was a van conversion where the second row seat was turned around and facing the rear. This way passengers could face each other and have a conversation or a lunch.

The seats have four anchoring points, two on front and two on the rear. The front points do not have a release latch, as they are notched to release as the seat is pivoted off the front anchor, so just release the latch for the rear anchor points (with the small arrow on it) and "roll" the seat forward and the seat will come right out! I guess you can't do this on a 2011+ model... I tried to put the two captain seats next to each other but it seems that the anchors in the middle seat are too close together and there's no option to put them next to each other.....?
