You should have disconnected your battery! That yellow connection was for your airbag

Disconnecting the battery is usually a good thing whenever working around electrical related components. The technician forgot to do that.

Good afternoon. Do you know how2 remove the leather from the seat? I've broken some bracket which holds the headrest's bracket somewhere inside? BTW - good job and manual!

I don't have the vehicle anymore but usually there is a zipper? If not I would find a seam with thread stitched and cut the thread. Then later re-sew the seam. If I find more info, I'll let you know.

Thanks! Maybe try to see if there is bolt loose first, then remove the seat to check if anything is broken. It's not too bad to remove as seen in the video. Good luck on it and let me know how it goes!

This seat had a misaligned track because a rod between the two track motors had came off. Does your seat shake all the time or only when you use the power seat switches? (If you have the power seat option?)

Could be a loose bolt or something underneath. If you are able to remove the seat, check the rails. The rod we were working on was on the front that goes between the two seat motors. Also when removing the seat, an extra person helping will be good.

I didn't get a chance to record the repair of the rod since I left and the shop worked on it more and got it fixed.
