I will give this a try. I think I’m a really really Good house washer but oxidation is more of those things that always has us scratching our heads. By 12 volting it... we would know exactly what the ratio is... Without knowing his downstreem ratio (which he knows)... its hard to say, but with every situation being different its gona be down to some pre-testing and prior experience with the mix to get it dialed in on the task at hand. Exterior bleach product 50/50 with water in garden sprayer. spray on a 6' wide area, let sit 5 minutes, 5 gallon bucket with water+3/4 cup dawn soap, use this to dip medium too soft scrub brush on poll, start from the top scrubbing horizontal each section of siding, let sit 5 min., then use basic kitchen sponge green scrubby combo to do a follow up scrub with very little pressure, rinse.
