Try the shure mv7 with the RK345 pop filter it will sound good + it will look good

I also heard u can use the Shure RK345 Microphone Windscreen which fixes the issue and only cost about $18

Actually it fits great. And it comes with these little velcro strips that mount on. You could turn it upside down and shake it and it ain't falling off.

For my main studio I have 3 MV7s and a fourth in my "auxilary studio" (iMac in the Living Room). I'm in the market for a pop filter. Four, eventually. Do you recommend this foam replacement, or one of those disc looking things that's on a small boom?

Although, if you put the microphone in a different position on the boom arm, the fact that this filter is much bigger, also means it falls off easier. Is there any good way to somehow make that tight so it can be used in all microphone positions ?

It comes with tiny velcro strips. You could turn it upside down and shake it - it's not coming off.

I know this is well over a year later, but just in case. Buy the RK345 filter that is meant for the SM7B, it fits perfectly on the MV7 is amazing for the 20-ish bucks that it costs.
