Hello there Brad, thank you so much for watching the video and leaving a comment. I Apologize for the late reply we’ve been extremely busy. When we make a cover for an insert we always make the band size 1 inch smaller, then Dacron wrap on both sides. So if a piece of foam is 5 inches thick then we would make the cover band size 4 inches thick and still add Dacron on each side. We always make the covers 1 inch smaller in all directions then the finished foam size. I hope this helps you with your project. I really appreciate it again you watching. Cheers, Paul

Hiya, my back cushions have No material at the back of then and I’m not sure how to sew them back on can you help!?

Hi Larry, We have been very busy here so I apologize for the late reply you may have already solved the problem which I hope. Yes, some back cushions do not have fabric on the back of them as you already know. I not sure if you already have removed the cushions completely or did you just start to remove them and realized there's no fabric. If you stopped in the middle you would need to hand sew the back on.There are a lot of videos on this subject. If you have removed one or all the covers to replenish them you will need to do one of two things. 1) with a matching fabric sew on a patch on to the cover. 2) Make all new covers which are shown in the video. This video was made for when you are making a slipcover for your sofa so this problem would be addressed. I honestly hope this has helped. Please share the videos with others, thank you.
