Removed An Advanced Chute System And Installed A Qwikchute On A Ferris IS2100Z 61" Zero Turn Mower

I swapped out the old Advanced Chute System on my Ferris IS2100Z and installed a new Qwikchute. I can't wait to try it out? Do you use a chute blocker? Comment which one and why, below!

Hey can you give an update on this? Do you like it over the advanced chute now that you have been using it? Did you ever drill holes in it?

my quick chute blows open In thick leaves on my deere so put tge advanced on my ferris it has holes so air goes through. wonder about drilling a few holes might help

Even with the spring on? I still haven't tried mine yet. I will be using it coming up in a week or so.

Its not made for mulching, it is suppose to keep the grass out of beds and pools, and rocks out of windows. Try the g6 gator blades to shred those leaves to dust.

Had an acs, absolutely did not like it. All my mowers have the qwik chute.

There are two holes provided for the dog to pivot on. It is set in the upper hole. If you want the door held slightly higher, move the dog to the lower hole.

What's the reason you don't like the acs?

@@YTCG_BiggestFan handle always in the way. Chute closed- handle sticks out past the deck. Chute open, hits the seat or the engine. Chute plate doesn't rotate far enough so mower is wider.
