that made a huge difference in the water level which is impressive. No criticism at all just would suggest you put on a pair of nitrile gloves under some work gloves in case there are sharps in there.

I agree with a mini saw for the branches of those whole tree that fell into the stream. there are portable mini chainsaw if you want to invest in one. I would also advise gloves to protect your hands from the garbage. if it was just branches and leaves sure but i can't imagine what other people have thrown over the road in little bags.

Those soaked logs towards the end didn't look fun to move. Smart decision to send them down stream to where they could be properly removed from the problem.

To Heck with Post 10 the guy camps in a culverts with black widow's and calls excavator workers out that could cost a guy his job . Post 10 I think is a high functioning downs victim.

If you're going to clear these culverts, PLEASE, for safety, clear the discharge end FIRST. The water backing up behind the discharge end can (& will) take you down & drown you faster than the entrance will.

I really should be using hand protection on some of these. Esp in the more populated areas where more human trash ends up at the culvert. I’m a bit stubborn but will look into a Kevlar glove possibly.
