Thank for posting this. I’m going to dodge as a diesel technician and I’m pretty excited. It’s my first serious technician job. Hopefully you can do a 2500 as well. Videos like these help new techs a lot since people do videos that are DIY friendly most of the time. Ofc the service info helps, but watching someone do it is better. Keep up the good work!

thank you for posting. this is absolutley the worst design ever. my turbo went out and you have to remove the cab to replace it. $7000.00 at the dealer.

Got to pump out the AC to lift the cab up... I've got a tremendous amount of tar Coke sludge build up in my intake manifold and I'm sure the head is impacted with it and I'm unable to get above 14 to 20 MPG. Not sure if I should go to the trouble of trying to fix it or sell it.

What would something like this cost. Well let me rephrase that what would it cost to remove the frame from your truck in order for me to install my own turbo? Just a ballpark figure please if you don’t mind

Do the cab bolts need to be replaced or, can you simply reuse the old ones?

I haven't had any that we're corroded or rusted I've re use them. If in doubt though I would replace them. Good luck!
