Thank you for this video, Anna. Today has been beyond stressful. The school shooting this morning (1/22) is a mere 6 minutes from my home. So many young lives changed forever. My heart is hurting for my community, and for the families torn apart by violence. I have spent the day shifting through so many emotions. So, thank you for this session. While it’s not directly “another person’s” energy, the collective negative energy of the community (anger, fear, heart break) and the situation is weighing on me so heavily. Namaste.

Heartbreaking. I'm sorry we lost a young lady with other injured and traumatized. Grateful we did not lose more students. The root cause of this violence very much needs to be addressed. RIP ❤
