The HP Manual says the following about the RAM. Support for DDR4-2400, 1.2V system memory Support for up to 16-GB of system memory in the following configurations: 16384-MB (16-GB × 1 piece) 8192-MB (8-GB × 1 piece) 4096-MB (4-GB × 1 piece) Where is the RAM slot? Is it soldered on the board. Researching now.

Hi! I watched the video hoping to see something about an orientation sensor or something like that. Could you help me? I have this exact model, and the rotation lock is greyed out, and when I fully open my laptop turning it into a tablet, it doesn't make any change, neither the display rotates nor the keyboard and touchpad get disabled. Would you happen to know what I can do? Thanks for your help.

Hi there, thanks for contacting HP Global Social Media Support! I understand that you are experiencing an issue with your notebook as the rotation lock is greyed out. I will do my best to assist you. If Rotation Lock is greyed out or missing on your device, sometimes you just need to rotate it to portrait mode. Open Settings App and go to System > Display. Find Orientation and choose Portrait from the menu. Your device should automatically switch to portrait mode. Binu - Social Media Tech Support
