Removing Stock Fenders from a Jeep JKU

Great video. Was really helpful to me removing my fenders. I was worried because I couldn’t see how to take the rear ones off. Couldn’t believe it was just grabbing and tapering them. I’ve got some custom liners on order. When I take the new fenders off to install those I’m going to score some of those inserts. They look pretty badass and make the job look sweet!

You can also use the back end of a hammer for the Christmas tree pins, also on Amazon the orpeld tool is only 30 bucks

Those fender clips are 9 bucks each at the dealer. You can pinch them from behind and they pull out easily.

i got the same one but for some reason the rivet nuts that they send me are smaller than the factory hole on the metal sheet of the jeep i dont know hot to fix it

Can you remove the fender by its self ? And leave the fender in there ?

If you are talking about the fender liners you can leave it in there like we did on the front, but you will have to do some trimming. As far as the rear im sure you can but again I'm pretty sure there will have to be some modifications you will have to do to it.
