According to Ducati, the difference is 3 dB. It's done only for race tracks that have a dB limit.

Cut the baffles at the Weld then you can insert screen back in. Great sound looks good. Actually increases performance and looks good cutting baffles.. it’s no different.. remember you had to pay extra for the baffles

Don't remove!!!!! These are very important parts to keep the right pressure inside the exhaust system and NOT to kill any noise!!!!!!!! You will lost performance!!!! and this is not healthy for the engine too! This whole system is 😊 highly engineered. ... you messed it up. Sorry.
