Dude, that's some dedication to take those seats out. I ended up grinding the heads off the bolts on my bus. Couldn't imagine taking out that many seats. 🤣

Ah, man it was crazy. I was thinking I might be able to sell the seats since they were in such good condition and I didn't want to damage the base. Turns out I wasn't able to sell them in time, they were in the way, and I had to give them away. Lessons learned lmao. I can't remember how much I filmed of getting the rail mounts out but they were even worse. If I ever do another conversion I will be doing things a bit different!

@@MichaelMohrVideo Oh no! That really is the worst when you think that you're going to be able to reuse/sell a component and it turns out you just have to get rid of it. In retrospect I wish I had kept a lot of the metal on the ceiling to use for other projects around the bus but it took up too much space in my buddy's place and I ended up having to get rid of it. If there are any other large metal components that come out of the bus you may want to look into a metal recycling facility. You might be able to make a couple bucks.

What's the highway speed on your bus ?

Right now it's electronically limited to 65mph. It's running about 2100RPM at that speed if I remember correctly. It's a Cummins ISB so I could get that changed or taken off entirely but I think I'm going to leave it stock for the foreseeable future.
