The people are absolutely delighted with the work you have done with unclogging these culverts. It looks great seeing the water flowing through the other end with a tumultuous rage. We are grateful that you have prepared these culverts for when the great thaw occurs. Thank you for bringing us this very interesting and informative presentation which is much appreciated by the people.

People: The perfect sunday morning video doesn't exist... Post10: It does now. You, sir, are an absolute treasure. It warms my heart so much to see you doing things like this - walking 4 miles(!) and just casually clearing up debris and blockages as you go. You 100% totally got me with the beginning of the video - I absolutely believed you had opened and driven through the gate! Made me laugh when you revealed the truth though. All those "restoring faith in humanity" videos can take a back seat - THIS is where it's really at. I'm definitely going to have a great day after this. And I hope you do too.

I've been watching Post 10 for a while, recently subscribed and this is my first comment. I love watching, listening to you explain things (I learn from your experiences). Your personality is like that of a good friend, just hanging out and talking. I don't have many friends but I feel like I've made a new one in you. You once said someone commented that you sound mean. That is so untrue. You are always calm and you don't even cuss (which I like). You're actually easy to listen to. I really appreciate your KZbin posts and on tictok. You are an awesome person.

It might not be quite as rare as you think. Myself and a number of guid folks I know actively ‘want’ to clear up after people. If need be, every time we leave wild places, it’s better than when we arrived. Leave no trace . Wild campers here. This guy takes it to a different level. He’s a natural. Very interesting. I’m learning stuff too. We have very few beavers in Scotland but they are being ‘encouraged’.

The Jack you are trying to describe is commonly called a hydraulic Jack, I carry a five ton in my pickup along with a shovel, pick and pry bar. Then there are the tow chains and straps as well. Was going to put a winch on, but have been staying out areas that might. Always stopping to drain the large mud holes that are always forming in the roads that I like to explore. I live near the Cascades in Oregon. When they snow in it is several feet thick. Love your videos, reminds me of the things I used to do when I was your age back in the 1990’s after getting home overseas. Still love the outdoors, more now that I am in my 70’s.

I find that clearing under logs or roots are the most aggravating part of clearing streams....sometimes you have to dig under to bypass these obstacles, then they clog up so easy with the first bunch of leaves. The fun part is being so focused when you clear waterways, you don't even know how cold it is 😊. Thanks for sharing and the beautiful scenery!

You are likely right, but altering the structure would exceed what a lot of DPWs would accept as "just people cleaning out a clog" and bleed over into property damage. Even if that damage is to fix damage the property owner did themselves. - Think of it like having someone hammering a dent out of your car door without you asking or paying them to do so.
