Removing Wheel Chair lift | FIRST TIME VAN BUILD | Episode 3

In this 3rd episode of our first time van build, we get busy removing the wheel chair lift that's been weighing her down. Next up in the van build, we move onto ripping out her guts. It's a dirty job, but we are absolutely loving it!
Not long now until we are set to road trip across NSW, Australia. It's like counting down til our birthday!

Hey Gin and Brendan! haven't got around to watching your vids as we have been on the road. Finally stopped and got some proper interwebs 🤣 That is such a shame with having to remove that lift out. Imagine having a big enough van that you could have some practical use for it hahaha. nice problem solving, we normally call our mechanic/tech support team (Han's Dad) and eventually learn from there 😁 such a cool project! always loved watching van builds thanks legends 💕

Looks like a fun job 😂. I have a suggestion for the van floor .. once all the old insulation is removed , consider spraying it with raptor liner . You'll thank me later .

Thanks for the tip! That's actually a brilliant way to go, not happening on this little update. But mentally taking note for a future project. Chuggy will most likely be the little-big sister to many future Chuggies so there's a lot to learn. Always appreciate your support Lee, kickarse!!!
