Extremely neat breakdown Mrs Doc, btw nice to see you more in the flesh, so to speak, 😂 you are a real gem, or should I say pearl. What don’t you know?! Your knowledge is amazing. Eno is fire, he only works with the best, after all he worked with Bowie, right?! FRED Again’s music has message just like Ren’s and I love how Ren pays respect to his talent and achievements. The tiny desk concert version of Delilah just takes me somewhere else in my mind, with its mesmerising trance like qualities. Ren’s mash-up is so fire his voice is gorgeous and the guitar playing is beautiful, as is the skyline. Big props to Josh for shooting the video so beautifully to help tell the story and provide the passion. The ‘Red pill/blue pill’ tells us all we need to know - Ren is Neo! The Sick Boi lamp flashing sending out that distress signal or beacon of hope signal to the sky. I love the whole Yin Yang to this track and the internal stillness verses the out right pleading for escape and for change. I love how Ren covers FRED Again’s Jungle, Delilah, leave Me Alone, Mission and Clara. Plus, Ren’s nods to The Police, Chalk Outlines/Hold On and Violet’s tale in the guitar playing were neat (after all what do red and blue make when mixed together). Still, sending out that S.O.S. to the world, but now more people are listening now!

Sounds like you’ve got the good L to me. But if you truly need to dial it down I’d recommend benzodiazepines and certain antipsychotics to counter the effects of psychedelic drugs… vitamin C will actually have the opposite effect and synergistically enhance the effects. *NOT MEDICAL ADVICE
