Ren's upcoming album (this is the album title track - Slaughter House) isn't as much rap album as Sick Boi but I think he started with this to bridge the gap between the rap album and the not so rap album. He esentially killed off the Sick Boi era with the shot at the end. It's also a bit of a plug for his new Sick Boi clothing brand.
