You haven't even scratched the surface of his talent yet he blows the rest of these supposed music industry stars out the water. He is an independent so the main stream music industry ignore him because he hasn't sold out to them for money.

Why isn't he bigger? Two reasons. First, Ren's sick. He walks a really fine line between his health and his drive to create. He cannot physically do things like tour or do traditional promo circuits. He also tends to create huge backlogs of work when he can, and then trickle the releases out when he's incapacitated to keep momentum. Second, Ren is independent, it's yet another of his curses/blessings. After Hi Ren blew up, he got courted by the major labels but ultimately decided to stay independent and hire his close friends rather than buying into the industry so he could continue to do exactly what he wants when he wants. It's a testament to his skill and drive that he's gotten as far as he is without the machine behind him... but we want more for him. He definitely deserves all the things... including the recognition.

exactly, why change something that aint broken, the music scene will control him, he be at a diddy party if he did, ren needs to do what he does now. hes obviously not caring about being number 1 artist, hes spreading a message.

Our Genius REN will never sellout ! Too smart…too sick. I go through everything Ren does. No one gets it, I too, only eat very few foods, work out, when possible, but I’m not bleeding so ppl don’t get it. As a female that my body looks good, my Drs know how sick Iam. Ren says he changes the flows so much as he gets bored easily, maybe down to his ADHD. He certainly is versatile, easily the most versatile out there. The only time he was played on the Radio was when he get a UK Number 1 Album.

Great reaction! It's advisable to just pull up Ren's Lyrics on a separate window as the CC captions are often wrong one Rens Videos. Also Ren does produce but he will from time to time buy a beat or two. IE the Sick Boi beat and the whole drama surrounding that and Kujo beat down track. Yeah there's a ton in the Ren rap bag that's going to blow your mind. Wait until you get to the Money game series. #2 is a BOMB! #3 is the Death Star of anything I've ever witnessed in Hip Hop it's a whole new level. Love Music #3 Bomb! Losing It Bomb! Even his older stuff and non hip hop songs are still bar heavy and so impressive. Ren's catalog is unmatched as far as consistency of excellence and diversity. Ren is different and inspirational to artists!

My current favourites rap-wise are "Slaughterhouse", "Seven Sins" and always, always "What you want" (but then, i am 50 and love the Beastie Boys...) His "How to be me" and the song starting with "S" ending in "ide" were very helpful when my cousin switched off her existence in 2023. His bardcore stuff and one take videos are legend. Fun is being had in the "Love Music" series, all 4 parts... For something completely whack watch his acoustic "Animal Flow" on a moving line bus. Off you hop into that warren of a rabbit hole. What can't Ren do? Well, I've never heard him play tuba. 🤷‍♂ As for why he's not better known? He's completely independent. Without a record label to promote him and without the health to go on tour, it's taking him longer to build an audience. I'd say, though, that with a number one album in the UK, he's not doing too badly for himself.
