With great power comes great responsibility, and Ren is truly a hero! He is using his growing powers and platform for so much more than simply creating brilliant music. Ren has said that he always had this feeling that he was meant to change the world for the better. So much that he defiantly yelled a challenge to evil into an empty room. And then he got sick… Ren has now shared the full story of his health journey in 8 video chapters leading up to the release of this song and what a journey it has been. If anyone hasn’t already watched them, I highly recommend you do. With all the chapters he is showing immense strength in sharing his story that is so hard to tell, being vulnerable and telling it because he hopes it will help others and raise awareness. And here he is with another rendition of that story, now told through music with a fire beat and delivering a message of hope. A beautiful hero that the world needs ❤️🐰🕳️

Hi Ren was 2022 His sickest was 2015. He didn't start getting better until after stem cells in 2016-17. He bought the right to use original Trouble So Hard by 1937 Vera Hall. Then he did his magic on it for the beat. He is 34 now btw. He still is dealing with brain damage,damaged organs and autoimmunity. He had MCAS snd Pots and other stuff but he is better. Has been in Canada doing special treatment until July. Leading up to this song, Ren posted 8 chapters on his page Renmakesstuff telling the detailed story of his 8 year nightmare with his illness. You would be the perfect person to witness it. No need to react. But witness his journey if you dare. He did this all for Millions Missing Awareness month, fulfilling his promise made ling ago to the suffering community. Thanks for this reaction.❤

Usually almost everything from start to finish is Ren, although he started with a vocal sample he manipulated from Vera Hall on this one. The “team” is usually all Ren, & many times he’ll even recreate a “sample” using his own voice. He grew up in a Welsh village of around 100 & there really wasn’t anyone to collaborate with, so he learned to do it all himself.

I think I remember a few ppl telling me that Ren pretty much took care of everything on his own. I wasn’t sure if he got a team or not now & I love whn he samples songs and add his special touch to em. Absolutely amazing!

You always get it!💖 His whole story is nuts and hard to believe,but this song attempts to put his story in a timeline for the people who don't have the time to hear the details. It's definitely my favorite. He made the beat produced and mixed the track himself. He waited to get the original sample cleared from the original 1937 Vera Hall Trouble So Hard song.

Ren was making videos detailing his time with M.E. When Ren put out Hi Ren, he also put out one of those videos that he is talking about where he wanted the world to know what it was like to be dealing with everything he was going through and he didn't think he would live to see 30. I don't know if Ren had been diagnosed with Lyme at the time of the video; but, it was essentially the same after the treatment due to the length of time Lyme had in his body. It was from these blog videos that the stem cell doctor came across Ren and offered the treatment for free which gave Ren back a lot of his life. Ren is an amazing human being. Thank you for your reaction.

When he was confined to his room with psychosis and autoimmune issues, he had nothing else to do but hone his craft, so conversely his illness contributed to his greatness, which is quite strange to think about. He back in Calgary this week I believe continuing his stem cell treatment to repair the damage to his brain covering due to the Lyme Disease being undiagnosed for so very long. Of course being totally independent means he can create what he wants when he wants with no capitalist money making record company breathing down his neck dictating their terms and conditions :)

Thank u for sharing this information. Being independent definitely opens up way more with creativity. Ren is taking full advantage of that independence too

I hate when people say God doesn't give one more than they can take. It's patently false. Every single day thousands of people reach their breaking point and check out. They were simply given more than they could bear, by a God that doesn't care about any of us

hello dear!! thank you for being so transparent, just like our man ren. i'll assume you, like ren, like me, haven't had a life of fkn sunshine and flowers. if you're a renegade, you've seen our bro ren struggle spiritally. did you google the meaning of paralax (from a previous ren vid) like i did? are you ready to entertain a diff perspective to your own? god is good AND sh!t happens, due to adam and eve. god didn't say after they f/up: yo dudes, go on and have a great life since you chose satan over me. lot's a luck!! to repeat, the creator is perfect, man has a sin nature. it is what it is. ikyky kathleen 🙃

I agree with you. I see god as a human invention used to try to make sense of what is happening; be it rain falling, the cause of thunder and lightning, what happens after death. Our gods always agree with our point of view. I see no causation for a god/God. I do understand why people want to believe, I just don't.

Ugh yeah, SSDI denies benefits the first time they’re applied to as a standard… even obviously disabled people have to apply twice to receive coverage. You’re a great reactor, thanks for kicking out this song.

I surprisingly got mine the 1st time I applied. Was definitely surprised, was expecting it to take a while

P.S. he is still sick but he’s on the better end of things. His main Lyme disease symptoms were well treated by a stem cell treatment a few years ago (hence the stem cell doctor angel he mentioned near the end of the song), but he was left with an autoimmunity disease from the untreated stem cell disorder (MCATS, mast cell activation disorder) that he is still getting treatment for)
@cultivatinggrace7 ай бұрын
@@dubbayabird6680 I did too, but I have a very history and the psych doing my intake review couldn’t deny the impact of the situation. Still, most folks get denied outright just for applying, even after medical review, which really sucks. And anyone trying to claim that folks claim benefits are just leeching should understand that there’s literally no reason to claim disability benefits when you don’t need it. My benefit is literally 75% of what my rent payment is, and that doesn’t take into account food or utilities. There’s no scam possible because the payoff is just straight up too low.
@denalinde7 ай бұрын
I had to apply twice in 2 different states. I had private disability insurance before I got sick or I would’ve probably been dead. It’s criminal.
@dubbayabird66807 ай бұрын
@@denalinde you're right, it is. A couple of my loved ones, it took forever, and still they threaten every so often of pulling my fiance off and paying back pay, but they never do anything. I swear it seems they are just emotionally torturing him. Already poor as hell and then threaten to take even his small amount of disability away...freaking ridiculous
