He has a LOT of different music from a LOT of different genres. I don't put Ren into a genre, I just call him a straight artist! PLEASE keep going down the rabbit hole! A few that I think you'll really love: The Big Push (Ren's old band) I Shot The Sheriff/Road to Zion/Hip Hop Live, The Big Push: War Pigs live, Humble w/Eden Nash, Ocean w/ Eden Nash, Life is Funny, Hold On, Everybody Drops, Dominoes, Crucify Your Culture, Fire, French Song, Love Music Part 1-4, etc. etc. I could keep going. Oh, if you want to hear some really good ones from his new hip hop album you should definitely try Murderer and Lost All Faith.

His lyrical use of double entendres is amazing, "I'm ready I'm heavy, I’m Mercury, I am Freddy,..." Mercury being a HEAVY metal, Freddy Mercury....😵‍💫 C'MON! Even the title is a double entendre - "Illest of our Time". He's spent 10 years severely ill with Lyme's disease and autoimmunity. He's receiving treatment in Canada right now. He's LITERALLY the illest/sickest musician/artist out there right now and he's firing warning shots in this one and making sure everyone takes notice. Nice to see him showing some attitude and confidence, being a little braggadocious. I Love it. "I, want to spread these tattered wings, hold 'em high, banished from the heavens but I'm knocking on the sky"......FIRE!!!! He did a live stream right after the video dropped (on Twitch), and to see his genuine, emotional reaction to how many reaction channels had already posted videos within an hour of the songs release, was truly heartwarming. He shares his soul. This young man deserves every bit of love , support, and success he's finally getting. I couldn't be happier for him, especially for someone so talented, so driven, and without question, someone who has been forged through fire. Love this kid! Fan for life.

Totally agree. The Freddy Mercury double had me goin, saying that he's heavy as Mercury is a heavy metal but also dropping the legends name. I'm not really even into rap or hip-hop all that much, I'm mostly into progressive rock and metal but Ren is just too damn talented to ignore, you know? 🤙🤘👊

Ren enjoying your Ren reactions, you still have a lot of surprises with this artist. Still a lot of sides of this artist for you to see. There’s years and years of content that was slept on before he released ‘Hi Ren’ and hopefully heaps still to come. You know that Ren doesn't just rap? You should check out some of his non-rap material, if you haven't done so already. Eminem is undoubtedly a great rapper. One of the greatest of all-time but... can he sing brilliantly? Lay down all his own music/beats, producing everything himself? Play 10 different instruments well? Half of them really well? Does he direct most of his own videos? Mostly live, in a single take? Can he do rock, reggae, punk, soul, dance/edm, pop, jazz, blues, folk, even classical or medieval as brilliantly as he does rap and hip-hop? Never mind, could he have done it without a label, a top producer, or while suffering from severely debilitating and life-limiting chronic illnesses? Ren does all of that. Eminem deserves his crown at the pinnacle of rap undoubtedly but although Ren writes and raps brilliantly too, he's a lot more than just a rapper. :)
