This was the first time Ren had a significant budget for a video. He and his videographer, Samuel Falvey have won several well deserved awards for this in 2024. I love seeing reactors hear Ren sing sing for the first time. Ren and Sam Tompkins Earned it/Man's World/Falling. Its hard to pick just one, but you get to meet Sam in this one and that's a bonus.

Not to mention the piano. Worth 1 million euro, he lend from a music store. The same as Back on 1974. Ren's guitar is an original masterpiece from 1974 and the other dudes bass guitar is from 1963. I believe the instruments is coming from the same store. 👍 🇳🇴

If you want to hear a masterpiece from Ren, playing the piano, you should react to MACKAY. Mackay "was" the name of his friend, and Ren wanted to dedicate a song to him. But sometimes music doesn't need words. So Ren came up with this beautiful piano piece, on the top of a mountain in Calgary. Best regards from Norway 🇳🇴

Yes, he had to look into the mirror realising he had a money bag/hostage bag over his head - in story. The people in the music video did not really see much through the bags. Before starting to speak, he sings (oos) first Violet's theme (anouncing the theme of child abuse to follow), then the Money Game theme. This is a live one take until the camera passes behind the wheelchair, and from then on it is again a live one take. The cut was necessary to transfer the brooch with the mike from the jacket lapel into a waterproof container in his tie knot. You can spot it there, when you look at it closely. Your videos turned up on my homescreen and I’ve just finished going through your Ren reactions (I promise I will check out your other ones too!) I loved all your reactions - very insightful thoughts and the joy that Ren’s music has given you is very apparent. Thank you! I look forward to seeing you do more of his catalogue. Some of my personal favourites that I recommend are ‘Hold On’, ‘Humble’, and the first three Love Music songs. But honestly I think I’m going to enjoy whatever songs you choose. I love his versatility, his creativity, his skills. You may not like all his work, personally, but I guarantee you’ll always appreciate his cleverness, musicality and the hard work he puts in.

Not enough people know about the Money Game egg-hunt thing that they set up before MG3 came out. I missed it by days, cause I found Ren just before Sick Boi came out, but I just love the marketing/worldbuilding/whatchamacallit around some of his series. He put it all in context, brought real people into it. Might not be reaction material but worth looking up, if only for that 'that's what Ren would want us to do' moment at the end.

It would be helpful to watch #1 so you can better understand what the bags on the head stand for, the mirror, the rain, folding his suit jacket, and the trigger on the money game wording…..plus Ren likes to add little things in his videos to see if you catch them ie: on the table with the computer is a six boi toy and check out the globe after it is done spinning
