It's been a few since I've had the privilege of shaking my groove thing with you in the a.m. (no coffee spills). I love the fun Ren just as much as the emotional Ren. He has so many incredible tunes that I couldn't pick just one as a favorite. It's hard enough trying to narrow it down to my top ten. Sleep is GOLD! It's a little bit annoying living in another part of the world than the majority of my subbers. I can't figure out the best time for a live streaming due to the time difference- but I am in the same timezone as Ren at least (unless he is in Canada :))) I'm SO happy you noticed that little detail!! I would feel like the perfect third wheel!! I felt like a late teen watching this MV as it took me back to where I come from and how we cruised almost every day. It was the complete opposite lifestyle as in Copenhagen. I cruised with the boys during COVID just to not go complete insane- while you were watching reactions ✨🫶🏻💜🎸

He's just great! There certainly is "Power" in his clean AF production skills. Whether speaking from his experience or making fiction...his peotry is superb. I'm pretty sure that's his talented cinematographer buddy driving the car...respect for his creativity, especially the one-take videos. I've not checked if you've seen 'Money Game part 3' but that's another milestone in this duo's portfolio 👌👊🔥

He is SO great! Now I’ve gotten so “used” to the one-take MVs that I didn’t even mentioned it! Samuel is something else and the lyrics works SO perfectly in this setting. It’s like two buddies cruising around the city with no end-destination confessing about life ❤️🚖 It’s so impressive. It reminds me of “Bitter Sweet Symphony” but in a car 🇬🇧

Ren would tell you that this is one of his favourite videos. It came at a time when he just wanted to do something simple and fun. So Ren and Sam in the car with two cell phones taped to the dash and that is raw power, and the story of music being his power that took him through the break up of his mum and dad and his struggles at that time.
