I have heard this song over 70 times now. I STILL bob and weave to the beat every time! "Bones are the home where the devil rests" (Lymes disease attacked his bones). "I watched him tie a rope and jump". He cried, begged, pleaded, and eventually gave up on and curse his god/god's (they were dead to him). He then, bowed to his new god (his disease) and begged for mercy..... His bed was both a "tomb" and a "womb"; that births new problems and ailments...

Ren sings in parallax rhythm and lyrics. "Parallax arises due to a change in viewpoint occurring due to the motion of the observer, of the observed, or both". With Ren it's with his words rather than with an object. The change in rhythm, beat, flow, changes the viewpoint of the song by the observer.
