If you watch his discussion on his video launch twitch stream( which is now available on his KZbin channel) you’ll see that the self deletion is really just a metaphor for how he is his own worst enemy at times, and killing off the “sick boi” allows for him to move to the next chapter/album. As the first song of the new album it represents the transition from one persona to the next…

Ren has said that this song is his internal realityvwith 15 years of chronic illness. Hell is when the symptoms are bad and he can see no way out, .Heaven is hope and when things are morw merciful. He autoimmunity is constantlytryinf to kill him and forcing him to reconstruct himself and his goals to keep joy in his life. This last relapsetook from him his plans to tour and he is coming to terms with the reality that it might be for life. Also regarding his mental health, he is often his own worst enemy.
