I agree. I looked up the Grammy faqs for submissions but I don't have the credentials. And they are serious hypocrites,,,started by those who didn't "qualify" for the awards at the time......I read what it takes for an "indie" to do for submitting their work but it is still a giant wall, and for more insult the indie artists need a PR person to do the red carpet thing to utilize it to promote yourself, even worse indie artists don't get televised for their award. Tomorrow I am going to see what's up with the people's choice awards. We need to start a whole new media platform for artists like Ren. I feel that what he has done so far is not equal to "major artists" it is far fucking superior. He is breaking standards. His attitude alone deserves an award. But you are right he deserves some sort of world wide televised event/award. He would need a few new categories as well, the outpouring of grateful people in the comments.....some suffering similar ailments but also non-suffering who have someone in their life going through it that finally were given a window to see what they are going through. He has shaken up the whole world beneath us Somebody out there knows someone who is a member of the Grammy voting members and has to get hi ren to them and ensure they watch it. I have never had a song (it makes me cringe using that word for hi ren) evoke so many emotions, physiological responses and blow my mind so hard I was speechless in my 52 years. And I need music as much as I need air to live. If that 6degrees to Kevin bacon theory is true, we need to do this for Ren.(for a Grammy not Kevin bacon)

I'm so glad I came accross this video. I'm being silly I know but everytime I watch "Sick Boi" I find myself feeling bad for the actress playing the therapist when Ren gets in her face. I found "Hi Ren" a couple of months ago about a week before "Sick Boi" was released and I have become obsessed with Ren. His music and his performances are straight from the heart and pure artistry. I wish I had found him years ago but I am enjoying this trip down the Ren Rabbit hole.
