Such a beautiful soul. Yes, he is music! He does say he practices a lot, and wow does it benefit him (and us!)! So glad you got to see this, Guy - it's such a different and more intimate experience than watching one of his videos. He's the real thing. I'm so glad I've been able to witness Ren, his music, his philosophy, his perseverance. If I had never clicked that "Hi Ren" video when it came up in my KZbin feed, I would have missed out on some of the most emotional and amazing experiences in my life. And that includes the wonderful community of people that has gathered around him, including reactors like you, Guy - it restores my faith in humanity doing the good thing, the right thing, the humane thing. Ren just did a live show in the UK. From the videos I have seen, he put on a show. Lots of extras and production which looked fantastic, but If it was just Ren and an instrument I believe most would have no objection❤❤❤Thanks for always making me smile!

Ren released Lost all Faith that day. He had a doctor's appointment for another iV in a little while. He would always eat during stream. He has a very iimited diet, so he cooked it himself.

I love this stream! I love how he changes up his song Hold On! I love that he does Elvis better than Elvis did. 😂 Ren is notorious for eating on his Twitch streams. He usually did them the day he dropped a new album. I have caught a few. He is so amazing!!! I’m so glad you got to experience this video. I still remember that day, watching this live and I miss the days when he did his livestreams after releasing his songs. Made you feel so connected and Ren always gives his everything, open his heart and let us all in to his home like that. Ren is so special and I am forever greatful to be alive to experiance him like this 🥰🤗 Being someone who live and breath music, he can hum The phone book and make it sound amazing. Hopefully he will give us a few more of these livestreams in the coming months as he release new music from his next album 🤞😊 Love your reaction to this Guy, I could see and feel your enjoyment and excitment as you heard and seen this for the first time. ❤😁🙏 As a fellow Renagade it warms my heart and touch my soul ❤❤❤ Also what you said about eating while being sick is so true and I always loose a lot of wheigh when my mental health is low and I struggle to even remember to eat because I no longer feel hunger. Some over eat and some, like me, under eat when feeling bad, mentaly or physically. Neither are easy to deal with on top of the sickness.

Poor Ren’s on a very limited diet too. I know this is probably very small beer compared to what he has to put up with, but I still think it must be awful eating the same things every day, with no variation. I’m a very greedy person, so this seems horrendous to me. 😢
