What's an activity that you were nervous to do but eventually enjoyed yourself doing it? Triathlon. I was crying on the start line through fear. Later on in years I realised why the man next to me was confused why I was so terrified. There was never any reason to be. I realised the hardest part is getting on the start line. Once the bell rings, then it's "easy". Same here. Hardest part is saying yes. Once Reggie's starts playing you settle down and do what you do. I'm good at playing piano but anxiety means I freeze when anyone beyond my cat and son are around. Working on that as I'd love to tick playing a public piano off my bucket list. While I can't see that happening (though working on it) the reason I properly admire and love the people who step up and say YES to singing with you is in knowing how bloody hard it is. What's the worst that can happen? I really feel that in singing by Reggie. He is such a solid confident rock (though sure he often doesn't feel that way) it is no surprise that is how he brings the best out in people. Huge respect to both those who say "yes" and to Reggie whose incredible musical ability and personal skills make him bring out the best in people. Fantastic channel ... love it. x
