What is the newest portal/application? 'Renac portal app' or 'renac sec'. I can switch device from renac portal application to renac sec?

Renac Sec is the new and you use the same username and password

I have a problem with the wifi connection with the renac sec ... I reset the G2 LED flashes in the meantime I log in to my home wifi network via mobile phone I open the application I give wifi G2 (location and Bluetooth is on) my home network is automatically written there I write my password there and I start it but it gives me this:scan bale What should I do? Where is the mistake thank you.

No unfortunately i left it like this, im checking manual on the box

@@mulaz2812 I ll call the support and if I have any solution I ll post it here. Have you tryed with another smartphone? Might be a Bluetooth problem
