Great! 👍 Love your emotions at the end doing the entire dance sequence. ❤

Thank you! And I agree: the candid reactions are often the most fun! 😅

I think that is a fine goal! I have an entire playlist of medieval and Renaissance dance tutorials on this channel. Literally hundreds of hours I think at this point.😅

Glad I watched this as there was one spot of the Washerwoman dance that I had forgotten or just learned incorrectly.

Now I'm curious! Which spot specifically?

Liked and shared. And cursing the fact that my girl and dance partner lives on the other side of the planet.

You could still learn the dance separately and then dance it when you do see each other. Or dance together via video chat. 😀

Our orchestra group will be playing the Capriol Suite (Warlock's musical interp of your book) and I was wondering if there are dances that we could do with that particular music. I would like the children to do the dancing while we play. Any suggestions?

Which tunes specifically are included in the suite? 🙂

@@thecreativecontessa Here's a recording of the Capriol Suite: kzbin.info/www/bejne/hZXMk3eBo9Vqg8U Do any of these tunes (adapted I guess) sound familiar? I was thinking to do something to the first and last sections. (Basse-Danse and the Sword Dance). I thought maybe this Washerwoman's Bransle could be used for the last section if we repeat the "Scolding" section. And of course, I would slow it down. I read somewhere that this suite was written as a response to the book you were reading. There's a slow section on this recording that is particularly lovely, too.
