Diana’s natural vocal is a low Contralto tone…she had trained very hard to sing higher after puberty. Many Vocal coaches want to believe that her lower tone is unnatural but it’s not. She has had many interviews and she explained this but she now has a five octave vocal. I’ve heard her last year sing an opera song. I would encourage you to continue to listen 🎧 to her Originals…I would encourage you to view her “Baikal”. It’s an OST for a movie released last October. Greetings from Scotland! Every time I listen to this and she sings "God forgive me!" I think "Diana, God has absolutely nothing to forgive you for!" You have only done good in this world, despite the horrific violence you suffered so early in your own life. Maybe that's why she exudes such peace and tranquillity all around her?

Diana does do all her own harmonies. I will keep it short like you asked. Since you said that you are interested in the video you watch then I will invite you to check out her "Baikal" video clip where she plays the spirit of the ancient lake Baikal saving a boy from freezing to death. She uses her low register there but do not forget that she plays a force of nature there and her voice needs to be otherworldly. I am sure you will have a lot to say about that video.

The one and only. Followed her from Texas for over half a decade now. She's just getting started. Diana has excellent English subtitles on this if you are still interested. Just turn them on. It's worth it. Baikal and In My Huge CIty (based on 100 year old Russian poetry) are both sensational and very different. I think you would love both based on your insighfulness and aptitude

One of my personal favourites. Musically and vocally nit just works so well but the cinematography just guilds it. The comment about "bangs" threw me a bit until I remembered that you were just talking about her fringe rather than being very personal.

I think Diana wears bangs like that because of her adoptive mother Irina. Children often copy their parents, and then get used to it, especially since Diana loves her very much and considers it her duty to be grateful to Irina. Diana has a kind soul and always remembers the kindness of people. And this video was filmed by Irina, as Diana herself said, and her older sister probably helped her, since she filmed many videos from concerts with her camera.This was filmed in a natural park near the urban areas where Diana lived.
