The answer to your question ( blank verse)is Paradise lost by Milton
@vaishnavishahdeo1584 Жыл бұрын
Paradise lost by John Milton is in blank verse.
@K_F_fox2 жыл бұрын
Answer to question asked about twelve and a half minutes in: I'm going to say Paradise Lost. My instinct is towards Eliot's "The Waste Land," sometimes referred to as the shortest Epic Poem in the English language, but the narrative weaves in and out of blank verse like a long car ride exiting and entering the express way.
@NibblePop2 жыл бұрын
Yes. I had Milton in mind here. I am obsessed with Paradise Lost, as much as with Macbeth. The other text I am obsessed with is of course, The Waste Land. Someday I will gather the courage to take up Waste Land here on this channel. But I will be wary of you Kaiden😊

This is 3Rd day m watching your video, idk your teaching has an expression which mix me into the text। Btw mam I need a suggestion, i m preparing for presidency University entrance exam for pg..can I you teach me the way to learn , there's their qs not only from the historical background , they also included like "Which forms describes pearl" or what "utopia" stands for ....this is more detailed🥺
@NibblePop2 жыл бұрын
It won't help to just prepare specific questions. If you have a general idea about the trends and features of an age or a genre you will be better prepared. They will not test your memory but your grasp of core concepts. This is why I insist on textual in-depth reading. When you read one text you automatically grow a natural idea about related texts and context (age in which it is written). Also focus on literary theory specially related to post colonialism and postmodernism.

For concise and brief info Albert is good for beginners and for undergrad level. I also found Bhim S Dahiya useful for competitive exam point of view. Other than this try David Daiches for in depth analysis of historical periods. For real serious stuff try Boris Ford.
