Some major developments of the Renaissance include astronomy, humanist philosophy, the printing press, vernacular language in writing, painting and sculpture technique, world exploration and, in the late Renaissance, Shakespeare’s works.

In China, our textbook made an comparison of it and our May fourth Movement, it conveys an idea of that people in China had been enlightened in those ages. However, I don’t think so. Because that though many political views had transmitted inside, without the blood of liberty flooding in Chinese people’s veins, any revolution can’t reach a success. I think it is the reason Chinese can’t really get rid of dictatorship. Chinese people are so born kind to easily look up to their monarch or government, they should learn to change it. That take a long time especially for a country whose monarch had learnt to fool their civil (it is not a metaphor, it is an overt policy in ancient China. Chinese governments always be good at ruling not creating.). I feel sorry for my language, my English is not good, hope you can understand.

These are broad strokes of a deep and rich history, but we can't settle for thinking that the plague evaporated as the arts, sciences and exploration expanded without it stemming from other parts of the world, most notably Africa. When western Europe conquered African territory, much of their economic strength was at due to African resources, by trade or through conquest. It's not even a mystery that much of African history was destroyed and stolen by Europeans, therefore not all, but much of Europe's rise to power came from the Motherland. The Renaissance came from the arts, sciences and earlier developments of Africa, who had been to Europe, traded with and coexhisted with, for centuries prior to the slave trade.

Let's not forget the 'dark' stain upon the Renaissance was the Catholic Churches, 'Inquisitions!'
@ObiWanCannabi11 ай бұрын
Our greatest achievements happen just after they lose their authority over the people, when Napoleon removed the monarchy by force we got the new renaissance period, times of art and music science and culture, they still listen to the music produced by these free living folks, their artwork hung on their walls like prized possessions, they forget what it took to make them. The blood that went into that freedom, like the best times for music was the 70's, people were coming back from Vietnam and they were crushed by the illusions of society, the people made music full of expression and freedom and we still sing the songs while forgetting the lyrics and meanings behind the anthems, so many lives inspired by their words and motives. The times people are allowed to express themselves are the times we move forward as people, they would still be owning slaves if no one rocked the boat Makes me wonder if they keep the art and listen to the music as a reminder not to let the peasantry get unruly.. or do they enjoy spending 50 million bucks for a bit of paint on canvas? 99.5% of the leaders of the free world are religious only 0.5% are atheist, aint it great seeing the pope saying they finally accepting same sex marriages, like we need to fit their social standard of what is normal... its not all just a system of oppression, a world based on bias and intolerance is it, making us foot the bill for their endless list of mistakes. Because they wont pay any taxes 1 man 2 Joe Bidens back made Germany a threat to their order, and we owe him our lives for giving birth to the scientific standard of testing and germ theory. He challenged one of the respected books of the time, medicine, telling the dirty bastards to wash their hands, and they lost their shit killing him in a mental institute at the age of 46 or so.. They went to war with Europe to stop that spread of expressionism and freedom Europe had without monarchies in control, and handed their empire over to the USA, they can make anyone into a monster to keep their order, and history will be written to forget your name, Wikipedia doesnt mention Ignaz Semmelweis on the page about the 19th century, but we are alive thanks to him, people like him took us to the moon and none of it would have happened with the church getting in the way. It was all for the war machine tho eh, so they used their scientists and free thinkers and made a new world around their order. Drowning the world in this ponzie fiat debt, so we police ourselves and observe all the paywalls they put up to life. Enjoying it thru a TV or video game because you know you will never get to experience it for real. How many people never hit their potential because society never invested or believed in them, how many died in other peoples wars, or never had the education to get a foot in the door. They need us pushing buttons not asking questions, our lives in the open while theirs is hidden, keeps us easy to control. Rock the boat they can take everything you have, Mel Gibson your career, Kanye West your reputation, its just that easy when their crimes are redacted If people were held to the same standard as our lawmakers the prisons would be empty, if we all had the same protection against intolerance based on your appearance or where you come from, how much money you have, we could accept eachother how we come. instead of trying to impress everyone you meet with some unobtainable expectation of beauty, its that kind of thinking that keeps shit cities living in shit. it kept women out of the workplace, with fake pockets all these years. Look at them melting in their old age, surgeons propping up their cheek bones inflating their lips, they think this is normal, when half of the fellas wouldn't put up with makeup and high heels, let alone spending hours at the hairdressers.. we have so many social stigmas we could drop in a free world re designed with everyone in mind.. Im sure they just wanna sacrifice enough of us to get back into Eden, instead of rebuilding it, or logically thinking maybe it was Africa in the last ice age.. Imagine if we forced these religion lovers, who fear satan free will and knowledge to use the same medicine books from the times their books of god were written. They use the book of law as a handy extension of the book of god to keep their order, and with nukes and surrounded by their likeminded friends its gonna be near impossible to shake them out of the tree that runs all of our lives, but the world is in debt to the almighty dollar, for now.. countries are waking up to the scam tho, they are short selling your future like you guys did ours its funny the little things they do to censor us and life over the generations you dont even notice, like here in Germany "XXX" isn't a thing, Sex is perfectly acceptable in their society they never needed to cover the word, the only thing the west managed to do was make Sex and XXX dirty words, the same thing is happening now, where we have drugs criminalised when people love them, they arent educating people to the dangers, and people in poverty will go for whats cheap and what does them more effect. If they made a safe market they could control things and get people the help they need to quit when they want Look at us here we have to sensor our words on youtube to capitulate to the advertisers, we are so easy to neuter and no one notices, they just delete your comment like a modern day book burning. They couldn't have that 150 years ago either when it was all about god king and country. There is a TV calendar I use called pogdesign, they censor all the bad words so serial killers are "serial huggers" they gonna end up banning the words hugging and cuddling if we carry on with this kind of disobedience. They need their control and authority over what you do and how you grow, as long as they don't get the blame when you end up making a mess of your life because they are the worse teachers in the world Weird how the world is setup tho, im more Australian than British being raised on Kevin Bloody Wilson, I have no brain mouth filter, expletives are normal language to be used not silenced. Its freedom, where as the USA is the UK with god and guns, you didnt go full on to having the drugs and hookers like you deserve but you getting there slowly as people push back, everywhere English spread there is a culture slightly different, but so familiar. I have more in common with most of you that i would with any lawmaker, but they keep us all divided behind nations and flags and patriotism. We need to unite and make a go at their system, run on the banks, see how quick their house of cards falls down, because they know most of our money doesn't exist on their systems anymore, they only have enough to cover us all if we let them pay us our money slowly over time.. You can be hundreds of thousands of dollars into debt for higher education because they failed us in the basics, telling us we wouldn't have calculators and now we have the world of information in our pockets, their ways are moot, their education system is no longer relevant to societies actual needs, when did they teach you how to do taxes, to grow plants to cook or fix something you broke. they teach us that ugly things are worthless and not worth investing in, that broken things are discarded, its how they discard so much of society so easily. Their vision of beauty is unobtainable and they are melting in their old age, their surgeons can't fix what entropy is doing to them, but they need their beauty to be valued, so they fight it as hard as they can. They can do no wrong in their eyes surrounded by other beautiful people, forgetting the ugly parts of society that finances their lives, one rush on the banks and the confidence game ends

The Dark Ages may have existed in the West (with the barbarians who destroyed the Western Roman Empire, the burning of witches, religious wars, the brutal Inquisition...), but in the Balkans, the Middle Ages have absolutely nothing to do with the Dark Ages. After the fall of the Western Rome, the Balkans became the cultural center of the world primarily thanks to the Eastern Roman Empire, which existed until 1453. The West first came into contact with that culture when they sacked Constantinople in 1204. (kzbin.info/www/bejne/q2jClqp9i9Rpa80) while Serbia and Bulgaria were in contact with that culture from the beginning, developing their culture under the influence of the Eastern Roman Empire. When you add to that the teachings of the Orthodox Church that prevented the possibility of the Inquisition and religious wars developing in the Balkans, it becomes clear why in terms of humanity and spirituality Byzantium, Serbia and Bulgaria were far ahead of Western Europe during the Middle Ages.
