I came across a book called ‘Magnet for Women’ by Borlest, and honestly, I didn’t expect much at first. But as I kept reading, some of the techniques and advice really surprised me. It’s not about tricks, but more about understanding how attraction works and how small changes in behavior can make a huge difference. It’s not just for someone who wants to ‘get’ every girl, but more about becoming more confident and attracting the right person. If you’ve ever been curious about this, I think you’ll find it a useful read.

Lou Ferrigno was a BEAST and a really smart dude. His limiting factor was that he was just TOO tall for bodybuilding and its an absolute shame. BTW just like weight classes in MMA I think there should be HEIGHT classes in pro Bodybuilding. You can't get a 6'4 guy to EVER have the muscle pop of a dude that is 5'9. The longer a muscle is the less impressive it looks on stage. I do pullovers A LOT. Been in my routines for at least 5 years straight. It is a compound lift for me. Never a main event. So Its getting another set in for pecs, lats AND triceps without adding 3 exercises to my routine. I feel like the pullover is like the deadlift for the upper body. It gets a lot of muscles involved.

It would be pretty funny watching Greg make one video every 10 minutes of Mike's single video.

Lou is also deaf. Ferrigno attributes his profound hearing loss to a series of ear infections he suffered in his infancy that resulted in nearly 80 percent hearing loss, diagnosed at three years old. Since 2012, he has improved his hearing via a fully implanted cochlear stimulator.

You joke about being " not so good" as a bodybuilder. But you got 2nd in the USA. So I understsnd the modesty, but it also implies people who placed lower than you aren't good. Which they are. Give yourself some credit man! At least don't put yourself down. I do that to and it poisons you.

He associates with pros. Comparatively, he's not good.

Lou is a great bodybuilder. All those years of bodybuilding, he can be a bodybuilding coach. He has a lot of knowledge he could pass on to others, passing on knowledge of how not to get hurt lifting weights. How to do it safely and suggestions on a lifting schedule if you’re serious and are in the gym for the long run and how to eat healthy and maintain body balance. He has years of training experience. 💪💪💪💪💪💪💪

Watched his video. Four sets pyramid up same reps?? That's really three warm up sets and one working set. Surprised this works, but... He's the hulk.
