As i saw the thumbnail asking, "What is the best form of cardio?" The answer is simple, and it is swimming 🏊♂️. Butterfly 🦋 #1, 2. Australian crawl, 3. breast stroke.

Its almost impossible to be obese if you eat really healthy.

The way I've learnt was (on top of what said in the video) 1 - put your thumb on your nipples with hands as if you're crossing your fingers. 2- rotate your hands down so your palms are sorta covering your lungs. 3- create an imaginary line where your index fingers land, anything above that is danger zone. Aim at, or below that imaginary line to fine tune your form. Always do a "form check" set to build good discipline.

If you are obese, do it. You ate same sugary food until today anyway. Eating same food cannot be excuse. Develop some cooking skills. Don't just do grilling all the time or stick with red meat only.

There is definitely no data set for power tech db bench lol. I agree with Dr. Mike.. if an adult male is benching somewhere close to his bodyweight for reps.. on barbell.. that's pretty decent. Doing it with dumbbells is even harder so I'd say he's fairly strong. It's always bad to compare yourself to the top 1% people, unless you're ONE of them you'll always feel like you're lacking. It's hard not to sometimes though lol.

We all live in the" gym bubble" the truth is if you are a man and you can bench 100kg or more you already belong to a very little very strong group! Dont look at the gym, look at ordenary "normal" people in your city it would take a while before u find someone this strong💯
