Respected Sir . I was practicing questions on prepladder And I come across a question that's Is as Follows . A 60 yr old patient with known Case Of Hypertension from last 25 years underwent renal Artery Doppler which showed narrowing and turbulence in right renal artery . If Radius of artery is reduced by 1/3rd.Resistance Increases by 81 times . Sir I have a question can sometimes renal accessory arteries be the cause of Hypertension . And if yes what are the precautions one should take ?
