Is a measwement that allows us to determine and analize the function of kidneys it varies from one sustance to another and it tell us how much volume of blood plasma is completely cleared of that sustance in some given amount of time bu the kidney. The units of renal clearence are typically mililiteis per minuto (ml/mim)
