Mine got bigger, thicker and strong by doing jelquin and stretching exercises regularly for several years. It works, it just takes a lot of discipline and determination (just don't overdo it). I'm over 60 now, so I think the changes are permanent and the overall "health" of my penis is just great. Women have been stretching their neck with very positive results for many years, and that is a much more intricate part of the body...

Jelqing has been proven to cause nerve damage on too high a % to be viable. Pumps with air gauges, manual stretches, clamping, soft clamping with toe shields and traction devices are what the porn industry uses. However gainers are as consistent as a body builder or more, and takes longer to see results than weight lifting.

I started vacuum therapy for mild ED and was 15 CM BPEL when I started 2 years ago and got to 17 cm within 3 months of daily use. Currently I’m 19.5 cm and have increase 1 cm in circumference. I also do compression hanging using an all day stretcher and weights. My wife will tell you anecdotally that I am much bigger and now have to be careful not to hurt her in certain positions. So don’t believe the knocks on it it works if you’re consistent and don’t try to do too much too fast and hurt yourself. Take it easy. As far as ED help, shockwave therapy worked the best for me in just a few treatments over a few weeks. I’d love to try Softwave therapy for the penis because it worked so well for my rotator cuff injury, and seems to work more quickly than shockwave. Both are pricy for the average guy.

thank you for an informative video. i have suffered with ED for a long time. my ED is caused by a beta blocker i must take. i also take a blood thinner and have found that using a vacuum device while on a blood thinner causes blood in the ejaculate. this is something that should be included in any information about vacuum devices.

I have been using a pump specifically for size increase for a few months now. I was smack dab in the middle of average of legnth and girth before I started pumping. After I started pumping I noticed increases in length and girth. My wife has also noticed an increase in length and girth. I went from about 5.5" to about 6" in length. And 5" to about 5.33 in circumference. Bith measurements are averaged. The measurements fluctuate some depending on how arroused i am as well as sometimes it can be a little bigger or smaller. I've always been a grower not a shower but now the penis is also bigger and heavier when flaccid. The veins are more pronounced both erect and flaccid.

I just bought a chineesium pump off Amazon. I just made sure it had a pressure gauge and good gasket/sleeve.

What I haven't heard, or read about is the effects these pumps can have in the testicules and bladder. There is a duct, the urethra coming from the bladder. You are applying negative pressure down there. Is this pressure reaching the bladder, and the testicules by the vas deferens? What this do to the walls of the bladder? Is the urethra collapsing and that doesn't happen?

When I was 24 and healthy, I began working out and I started using one of these pumps, I did it every night for about 5-10 minutes for about 6 months... And I really probably did too much pumping to a point of concern sometimes, but over all my penis did get longer by almost 1.5 inches, I still have stretch marks at the base too. I wasn't aware that anybody would seriously use a vaccum erection device with honest hopes that it would permanently increase size, the "effect" is temporary. This video didn't really expound upon the primary benefit of these devices: improving endothelial function which is crucial for healthy blood flow and vascularity. A study by Raina et al. (2006) found that men using VEDs for ED experienced significant improvements in erectile function over time, which implies potential benefits for penile blood flow and firmness. By the way, Rena's expression in the thumbnail is exactly what I would be hoping for after fully disrobing.

I would take it back and get a refund and just get one off of Amazon. They are fairly cheap. The battery powered ones work okay but honestly I find that the manual pumps work the best. Just make sure you get one with a pressure gauge and no and understand what the measurement is on that gauge. Also more is not always better you don't need to use the vacuum like it's about to pull your pecker off.

Pump it enough to feel the expansion , hold for a minute or so then release the vacuum. Pump again,release. Do it several times per session. Gets blood where it needs to go. You can pump until it hurts. Don't freak out as the swelling goes down in an hour or so. Sucks to get old but better than the alternative ! A cock ring also helps .

I tried this once. It was a large tube, and it had several rubber options to install as the "entry" size....well, I am average, so I chose the middle size. Turned this on for the first time. It seemed like I was growing , then I put more girth in and the vacuum was so strong it tucked my balls in, which was incredibly painful. Since this was new, It took me a minute to turn it off... meanwhile the boys were trapped with my member and I didn't know how to break the seal.. All due respect I would not trust the devices on Amazon. A. Medical VED is easier and more reliable. I got a VED from Amazon and then got a medical VED. Urologist called in a RX to a particular pharmacy and I got a tutorial or how to use it. I was told to practice a lot and it paid off.
