It’s been 2 years since Kevin passed away, and I still never got over it. He was very important to my childhood and no one could ever take his place. There are many great Batman voice actors and actors who played Batman so well in live action, no doubt about that, but to me personally, Kevin Conroy will always be Batman.

For me, Kevin Conroy will always be the one true Batman. There is no other who comes close. I still hear his voice in my head whenever I read Batman comics. When I think of Batman, I think of his Batman. His voice is iconic. The most consistent, most important, most beloved voice in the history of the DCAU will live on through his extensive body of work. Glad I wasn't too late in the Conroy era of Batman. The first time I indulged in Batman media that Kevin voiced in was in the Batman Arkham games. And even before that I decided to binge watch the first season of TAS on Netflix, and ever since I fell in love with Kevin and his version of Batman. Sadly by that point I heard that he was battling against cancer right before Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League came out and he lost... Another reason I wish I grew up in the 90s instead of the 2010s...

Gotham Knight's Crossfire was one of the greatest animated Batman depictions I've ever seen. I would have loved to see more from it. Darkness Dwells is also really good since it gives us a more horror-esque depiction of him going against a less "human" enemy.

You forgot multiversus, and him doing the trailers too. One of the most overlooked fact was that Kevin Conroy did what no other Batman did ever was create separate voices for Bruce Wayne and Batman. Bruce voice was more softer and lighter while Batman had the grittier gravelly we all love. It wasn't till Brave and the Bold episode that he brought both back. It's one reason I❤Kevin so much. Adam West 66 Batman may be my favorite Batman, but Kevin is definitely my favorite animated Batman

Whenever I thought Batman, I could only think of every iteration of Kevin Conroy's Batman and his voice. While the more popular live action actors for the Batman movies are good, Kevin Conroy to me WAS Batman. It's been 2 - 3 years since his passing, and I still get sad thinking that a part of my childhood is gone, his performances were just that good.
