This vlog is so interesting even for me as a Belgian living in Brussels, since all the informations you’re giving are correct, and it’s fun to see non-Belgian people talk about it. What’s funny to me is that I learned all of that as I was growing up, all the things about the Grand Place and Manneken Pis, for example, I learned in elementary school, but all the things about the Parliament and the Museum of European History was mostly last year/this year, which was my last year of High School. During that year, some people of my grade including me, were part of the 'European Parliament Ambassador School' (EPAS) project. Which is a partnership project between the European Parliament and secondary schools in the Member States of the EU. And we also had the chance to visit the parliament in addition to other project during the year. So I was very surprised to see you visit all those places. if the flower carpet was placed in new york or california or florida, i believe in the name of freedom, there would be many women who would take photos standing or sleeping in the middle or on the flower carpet, then they would post it on instagram, tiktok or whatever social media account they have, and if they are criticized for destroying the flower carpet, they will say, it is our right to take pictures whenever and wherever we like, it is our freedom, and freedom is protected through the first amendment to the constitution of the united states.

​​​​@@RenataPereiraTV Les belges sont les rois de la friture, les friteries ici sont de véritables institutions, si vous revenez à Bruxelles essayez donc " la Friture René" Rue Wayez à Anderlecht ( l'une des 19 communes de Bruxelles) il est préférable de réserver car cette adresse est assez courrue, pour la petite histoire, il y'a même une fois l'année une émission TV très suivie en Belgique qui s'appelle "la meilleure friterie". Concernant le chocolat, si vous voulez un bon plan, la maison Neuhaus dispose d'un magasin d'usine dans lequel elle vend ses produits pour beaucoup moins cher que dans ses luxueuses boutiques du centre ville, avec de nombreuses promotions, et une dégustation gratuite et illimitée de bon nombre de ses pralines, dans la commune de Sint-Pieters-Leeuw située dans la périphérique Bruxelloise (à proximité de l'hôpital Érasme)

@@RenataPereiraTV Friture René, rue Wayez à Anderlecht (l'une des 19 communes de Bruxelles) station de métro Saint Guidon, on y propose une très bonne cuisine typiquement belge, dans une ambiance elle aussi typiquement belge, à découvrir .... Sinon les friteries sont nombreuses, appelées aussi " frit kot", les frites ici c'est sérieux, plusieurs sites et ouvrages recensent les meilleures et sont régulièrement mis à jour.

@1:09 Sorry those are not Belgian pancakes. It seems to be a place that caters to tourists. The pancakes are too thick, too small and certainly with way too much stuff on it. Sorry to say but it's probably the thing you'd find in the US or Canada.

I maried in the city hall of Brussels 40 years ago, in that time, that was the only way to see the inside of the building , sache a experience just like we were in a historical movie and funny fact, my mariage book was signed by Leroi (the king) but it was just the name of the mariage officer, but it's allway cool to tel that we were maried by the king 😅
