I hope your 19 is doing well! In the end mine has a blown headgasket amb I'm fixing it I was wondering if possible, if there is some sport coilovers for the 19, I found some RaceLand but I'm not that confident... Cheers!

My 19 is currently in remission and should be ready to be driven full blast next spring or early summer. When it comes to coilovers for R19 sadly I can’t be much of a help as the entire suspension on mine has been swapped out for a Clio2RS and Megane mix. Only thing thats left original on my R19 is the chassis and steering rack.

@@drazenbudis7881 Amazing! Hope you have it soon! Did it take to much to do the swap to Clio 2 and megane? I may even put an F7R into my 19 too in case a friend sells me his engine.

Aren't these 1.8l? Don't know too much about them to be honest.

They are from factory, yes. Mine has been swapped however.

@@drazenbudis7881 Do you have the later engine from the Laguna? It's a 16v 2.0l
@drazenbudis78816 ай бұрын
@@SomeOne_86 No, its a F7R-714 out of the first generation Megane Coupe. Its an evolution of Clio Williams engine, 2.0 16v with 150hp.

@@drazenbudis7881 Oh that's cool! Did you have to make custom mounts or does it fit like the factory engine?
@drazenbudis78816 ай бұрын
@@SomeOne_86 Engine and gearbox mounts are direct fit, no modifications needed. Alternator mount required fabrication as we kept the original 1.8 version alternator, aswell as a custom downpipe to clear the subframe. Biggest and most complicated modification is the electric one, where an experienced electrician versed in Renaults is needed to make it all work, and even then we just couldnt make a rev counter work, which is still not working.
